Elizabeth: Taylor Phillips is Philip’s counterpart in Teaching Philip – Book 8 of my Bad Boys of Sweetwater: Tarnished Saints Series. The two of them are total opposites, even down to their names. While Philip likes to be in the kitchen, Taylor would rather be drinking a beer with the boys and watching football. So here is her very easy to make recipe for a dessert she made for Philip. Taylor: Yes, Elizabeth is right, I’m not a big fan of the kitchen. So here is a super easy recipe that any girl who likes chocolate will enjoy.

Taylor’s Easy Chocolate Raspberry Mousse:

1 box of instant chocolate pudding (I use the fudge one.)

Mix it with only 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of the 2 cups.

Fold in 8 oz. of whipped topping.

Top with fresh raspberries, more whipped topping, and grated dark chocolate.
