This is one of my favorite books that almost didn’t get written. Morag is not part of the Secret Society of Women but she is the younger sister of Fia, and also the daughter of Reed, one of the Legendary Bastards of the Crown. She started out as a secondary character, but I decided I liked her so much that she needed to have her own story.
Check out Forgotten Secrets on sale thru August 1st to find out what happens when a gossip falls in love with an assassin. (By the way, Lord Bedivere, the hero, was more or less a villain in Book 2.) He needed redemption and his own story too.
Be sure to pick up the audiobook afterwards for more than half off the original price. (KU members read the series free.)
Logan MacKeefe is the son of Aidan – my MacKeefe Highlander who guards the Stone of Destiny in my MadMan MacKeefe Series. Logan has been hired by Lady Rhoswen, a stranded Englishwoman, to take her to the Highlands. After he agrees, he realizes, she wants him to deliver her right to his enemy’s door.
After you pick up the free ebook, be sure to also take advantage of the super discounted audiobook on amazon. Kindle Unlimited members can read the entire series free.
Isobel is a Scottish proxy, sent to marry in her cousin’s stead. Conlin is an English Baron of the Cinque Ports in need of a mother for his young daughter. Along the way the Scottish king is murdered and Isobel is a witness, but only sees the feet and shoes of the murderer from behind a bush. However, it is her love and fascination of shoes of all kinds that is the key to finding the killer! Get The Baron’s Bounty on kindle countdown this week for only 99c. (Treat yourself and pick up the audiobook afterwards for more than half off the original price.)
Forgotten Secrets, the last book of the series is my all-time favorite about the younger sister of Fia (who is the heroine of Book 1.)
Four strong women are part of a secret society started by the queen. The power of their abilities is astounding, but their feats are all done in secret.
This series was inspired by my secret garden in my yard. You’ll find a very special secret garden that shows up in each one of these books. Learn the secrets of Fia, Willow, Maira and Morag as you step into a world like no other.

I am also excited to tell you that I have 2 new audiobooks for you this holiday season. Tristan, Book 1 of my Pirate Lords Series, as well as Highland Dove: New Year’s – Book 4 of my Holiday Knights Series.
If you haven’t already picked up your copy of my latest release, Mardon – Book 2 of my Pirate Lords Series, then treat yourself and do it! Two out of the three pirate brothers are here, and you can expect Aaron – Book 3, sometime early next year.
Please everyone, remain home and stay healthy this winter. Listen to an audiobook or kick back by the fireplace and dive into an ebook while we are waiting out this pandemic. I wish you all a happy, healthy Christmas!
Today Tristan is released and I am thrilled about this. I have had the idea for my Pirate Lords Series for years and am finally glad it is becoming a reality. Tristan, as well as his brothers, Mardon and Aaron, have turned to piracy, leaving their father and sister behind. (Their sister is Gwen, the heroine of Pirate in the Mist.) Get your ebook copy of Tristan now for only $2.99. But hurry, since the price will change soon.
If you prefer a paperback, that is available too. And if you are a Kindle Unlimited member, you can read Tristan for free. Tristan is now in the making to become an audiobook as well. Watch for it in the next month or two.
If you haven’t had a chance to read Pirate in the Mist, be sure to do so. This will give you background on Brody and Gwen who appear in the prologue of Tristan.
(Also available in print and audio. KU reads free!)
One of my favorite characters from Tristan is the grandmother of the brothers, Nairnie. She brings humor and life to the pages because she just found her long lost grandsons that she didn’t even know she had, and she is NOT happy that they are pirates. Face it, Nairnie is a tough old wench who can put the fear of God in anyone . . . even her pirate grandsons. Nairnie is a recurring character, first introduced in my Seasons of Fortitude Series. If you’d like to read about her life before she meets up with her grandsons, you can start with Highland Spring, now on sale for only 99c through the 9th.
(The Seasons of Fortitude Series is available in ebook, print, and audiobook form. KU members read free.)
I hope you are all enjoying your summer. It is going fast, and I will hate to see it leave. I’ve been loving my writing hammock in my secret garden, and that is where you’ll find me writing Mardon, Book 2 of the Pirate Lords Series that will be up for preorder soon. Here is a sneak peek at the cover of Mardon that is coming this winter.
Enjoy Tristan and Gavina’s story for now, and of course that spunky grandmother, Nairnie. This is a pirate series like you’ve never seen before!
I am so excited to tell you that two of my books are finalists in the Raven Awards from Uncaged Book Reviews. Now, the voting has started to choose the winners. If you’d like to vote for Highland Spirit under the historical category AND also May Queen for best cover, to win – I’d be ever so grateful.
I have never won an award yet, but have been very close. The voting will be open through Aug. 1st. Click the photo or HERE to vote:
To celebrate this honor of being in the finals, I have put May Queen and Highland Spirit on kindle countdown (US&UK) for only 99c July 29 – Aug 4th. (Get the audiobooks for more than half off on amazon afterwards.)
Kindle Unlimited members can read both series for free.
As an extra bonus and as a thank you to all of you who have voted leading up to the finals and to those who will vote again, I am giving away multiple copies of the audiobooks of May Queen and Highland Spirit. Enter using the Rafflecopter on my website below.

Once again, thank you to all who have voted in the past for my books, and those who will vote again. I appreciate your support. Fingers crossed that this is my year to win!
I’m so excited to tell you that my new Pirate Lords Series is in the making. Tristan, Book 1 is now on preorder for only $2.99. The book will release on September 3rd.
Tristan, along with his brothers, Mardon and Aaron, have returned to piracy. But their sister, Gwen (from Pirate in the Mist) is determined to hunt them down and bring them home. In the meantime, Gavina, my heroine, is in the middle of a tough situation. With a treasure map inked on to her back and disguised as a boy, she ends up on their ship.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret now and this is something I LOVE in this series. Remember Nairnie, the old woman from the Seasons of Fortitude Series? Well, she is the grandmother of these three pirates and she is going to end up on their ship too!
This book is so much fun! Preorder your copy of Tristan today.
And since Tristan is first mentioned in Pirate of the Mist, I’m giving away a few audiobooks of that as well. Just use the rafflecopter below to enter.
Next Wednesday is National Hammock Day. (Did you even know there was such a thing?) Well, since I sit in my hammock in my secret garden to write, and Tristan has a hammock he sleeps in on the ship, I’m going to have a few fun surprises for you then.
